Espresso Martinis but make them jello shots! ☕️🍸✨ Spice up your next cocktail night and give this recipe a try from Liquorland! Grab your ingredients from Liquorland here at Yamba Fair ✔️

Ingredients:
1 cup espresso
1 packet unflavoured gelatin
1 cup Absolut Vanilla Vodka
1/3 cup Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
1/3 cup Antipodes Espresso Liqueur
1/3 cup Baileys Irish Cream
Add simple syrup as desired

Method:
1. Lightly grease a silicone mold with oil, then wipe with a paper towel. Place it on an angle on a tray.

2. Pour the espresso in a saucepan with gelatin and let it sit for 1-2 minutes until dissolved.
3. Divide the mixture into two.

4. Add vodka and coffee liqueur into one bowl. And the cream and espresso liqueur into another bowl. Add simple syrup as desired.

5. Fill the mold halfway with the first mixture. Refrigerate until set then fill with the second mixture and refrigerate overnight.
