Yamba Fair is a neighbourhood shopping centre incorporating a Coles, K hub, Priceline Pharmacy and 19 specialty stores.

Yamba Fair is located in the coastal town of Yamba in Northern NSW. Yamba Fair Coles is the only supermarket in Yamba.

For the convenience of our customers, Yamba Fair offers 280+ car parking spaces free of charge. The parking areas are easy to access and close to all primary entry points.

Yamba Fair is a single level shopping centre, complete with ramps, designed to provide the elderly and disabled with complete access in and around the centre.

You’ll find disabled car parking spaces available and we also have complimentary access to wheelchairs.

Over the coming weeks, you'll notice a few of our retailers undergoing refurbishments as they refresh their stores to bring you an even better shopping experience.
Current refurbishment updates:

🛒 Coles – Works are ongoing, with completion anticipated in November.
🌸 Amie Rose Beauty Closed for refurbishment from 7 August to 31 August.
🥖 Yamba Bread Shop – Closed for refurbishment from 10 August to 16 August.
🥪 Subway – Closed for refurbishment from 10 August to 26 August.

We appreciate your patience and support while these exciting improvements are underway. We can't wait to welcome you back into these refreshed spaces and will keep you updated with progress and reopening dates along the way.
